1. Basic components

Decoiler: decoiler the metal coil to get it into the production line.

Straightener: levels the unwound metal strip, eliminating bends and waves that occur during transportation and storage of the coil.

Feeding Device: feeds the metal strip into the cutting machine, ensuring precise positioning and continuous feeding.

Shear: cuts the metal strip into flat sheets according to a set length. The shear can be a flying shear, a rotary shear or a stationary shear.

Stacker: Automatically stacks the cut sheets for subsequent handling and transportation.

2. Principle of operation

Unwinding and leveling: The metal coil is unwound by the unwinder and leveled by the straightener to eliminate internal stress and deformation.

Continuous feeding: the leveled metal strip is fed into the shearing machine through the feeding device.

Precise cutting: according to the pre-set length, the shearing machine cuts the metal strip into flat sheets of the required length.

Automatic stacking: the cut flat sheets are sent to the stacker through a conveyor system for automatic stacking and finishing.
