1. How to start the machine for running?
1. Change the specification, load the paper core on the inner and outer winding arms, and notify all the personnel to leave the machine when the pressure roller is in the state of readiness for operation.
2. Put ANTI-STAICBARS on the main console to AUTO, READYTORUN to open, and start MACHINERUN to start running.
How to slitting control?
In the process of slitting operation, carefully monitor and observe the operation of the slitting effect, the slitting speed, unwinding tension, contact pressure and arc rollers, edge haul-off rollers, edge guides and other appropriate adjustment and control.
How to rewind?
1. When the machine stops running after the inner and outer ends are wound up, use the unloading button to put the film on the prepared unloading trolley, cut the film and stick the film rolls with sealing adhesive.
2. Use the chuck release button to release the chuck, check whether the paper core of each film roll leaves the paper core, if one end is still stuck on the paper core, then manually unload the film roll by hand.
3. Ensure that all the film left the chuck on the cart, the use of film buttons to raise the winding arm, installed on the corresponding paper core, the film will be neatly attached to the paper core for the next slitting.
How to stop?
1. When the film roll runs to the set length, the equipment stops automatically.
2. During the operation of the equipment, you can press MACHINESTOP to stop the machine as needed.
3. When you need to stop quickly, press the MACHINESTOP button more than 2S.
4. When there is equipment or man-made accidents and other emergencies, press EMERGENCYSTOP emergency stop.
How to pay attention to?
1. Ensure the correct and stable values of voltage, current and hydraulic pressure before starting the machine.
2. Before the equipment is ready to run, all personnel must be notified to leave the equipment to ensure personal safety before starting the machine.
