Metal laminating and coil slitting machine is a kind of equipment used for laminating and slitting metal materials, which is mainly used for the processing of metal coils or plates. Its working process includes two main steps
1. Laminating a layer of protective film or functional film (e.g. anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, decorative film, etc.) on the metal surface, which can improve the durability and aesthetics of the metal material, or protect the metal surface from scratches in the subsequent processing.
2. Slitting the metal coil into smaller coils or strips of a specific width. This step is common in the metal fabrication industry to provide the required specification of material for different applications. A slitting machine cuts the metal coil into narrow strips of a preset width by means of a cutter or blade.
So what is the role of the sensor on the film slitting machine?
1. The equipment used in pressure sensor film slitter press screen machines, such as various cylinders and vacuum generators, is dependent on air pressure to function properly. If this pressure is not met, the machine will not function normally. The pressure sensor continuously monitors changes in pressure and will promptly alert the operator to any abnormalities so they can take appropriate action.
2. Position sensor press screen machine printed board transfer positioning has stringent requirements on the position; these positions must be realized through various forms of position sensors. Examples of these positions include PCB counting, laminating head and table movement of real-time detection, the movement of auxiliary agencies, etc.
2. Film slitting machine with laser sensor The pressure screen machine makes extensive use of lasers, which are useful in determining the coplanarity of the device pins. When the device being tested reaches the laser sensor's monitoring position, the laser beam that the IC pins emit is reflected back to the laser reader. If the beam length reflects the same launch beam, the device is considered coplanar; if not, pin warping causes the reflected light beam to become longer, which is how the laser sensor detects defects in the device pins.
4. A negative pressure generator, also known as a jet vacuum generator, and vacuum sensors make up the negative pressure sensor film slitter screen press machine suction nozzle. These components are absorbed by negative pressure. The machine's ability to operate normally will be impacted by a number of factors, including insufficient negative pressure, the inability of the suction nozzle to suction components, the feeder's lack of components, or components that are trapped in the package and cannot be sucked up. The negative pressure sensor continuously tracks any changes in negative pressure. If it detects a lack of suction or an inability to suction the components, it can sound an early warning to the operator, reminding them to replace the feeder or check if the nozzle negative pressure system is blocked.
