New Project-700MM Cut To Length Line For Russia

Recently KINGREAL STEEL SLITTER has completed the manufacturing and testing of the 700MM Cut To Length Line and successfully shipped the machine to the Russian customer's factory. According to the actual requirements of the Russian customer, KINGREAL STEEL SLITTER arranged engineers to the customer's factory to carry out installation and training guidance.

700MM Cut To Length Machine refers to the Cut To Length Production Line which is used to process 700MM width coils for unwinding, leveling, cutting to length and stacking. Usually the common sizes are 1600MM and 2000MM and other large size coils, while 700MM coils belong to the small sizes. The KINGREAL STEEL SLITTER Cut To Length Machine has been designed with different configurations of parts, especially for cut to length parts.

1. Hydraulic Uncoiler

A double-support double-cone top-pressure mechanism is used to clamp the steel coil. The movement of the machine base at both ends is driven by a hydraulic cylinder and has a simultaneous drive and centering function. The main shaft at both ends of the decoiler is designed with a pneumatic disc brake device.

2. Machine for Feeding and Pre-Leveling

KINGREAL STEEL SLITTER Cut To Length Machine uses a five-roller leveling and two-roller clamping and feeding arrangement. The hydraulic cylinder drives the upper roller when it adjusts and presses down for feeding, and the electric power adjusts and presses down for leveling. The motor drives the upper and lower rollers through the reducer and distribution box through the universal connecting shaft. The American PARKER590C series DC control system is in charge of the motor control since the pre-schooling machine and the leveling host operate synchronously. The mill industrial universal shaft is adopted by the universal connecting shaft.

How To Operate The Cut To Length Machine?

1. Equipment Inspection

According to the production requirements, accurately set the cutting length to ensure that the finished product meets the quality standards. Adjust the gap between the shear blades for different thicknesses of plates to ensure smooth cutting and smooth edges.


4. Operation process

Before starting the machine, carry out no-load operation to ensure that all parts of the normal operation and then release the material for actual operation. In the automatic shear process, you need to pay attention to the operating conditions of the equipment and the quality of the cut at any time, and find problems immediately adjusted. Promptly clean up the waste and debris after cutting, keep the working environment neat and tidy, to avoid affecting the next operation.


5. Equipment maintenance
