KINGREAL STEEL SLITTER stainless steel slitting machine is a machine used to cut stainless steel coils or plates into multiple narrow strips. It is commonly used in the metal processing industry, especially in the production and processing of stainless steel coils. The working principle of the slitting machine is to cut wide stainless steel materials into strips of the required width through a series of circular knives.
The stainless steel slitting line involves high-speed rotating cutting knives, coil unwinding and winding systems, etc. Improper operation may cause serious industrial accidents such as cutting, pinching or entanglement in the machine. During the slitting process, the equipment may generate metal debris, sharp edges or noise. If appropriate protective measures are not taken, the operator may be injured. For example, metal fragments flying may cause eye or skin damage, and long-term exposure to high noise environments may also affect hearing. Therefore, ensuring the correct use of the equipment and safety measures for operators can effectively avoid accidents.
Safe operation not only protects personnel, but also ensures the normal operation of the equipment. If the operation is improper, the equipment may be damaged due to overload, overheating or misoperation. Correct operation can avoid premature wear of the equipment, damage to the tool or unexpected downtime, thereby extending the service life of the equipment.
1. Before starting the machine, inject different lubricants into each part that needs lubricating oil according to the lubrication requirements. First check whether the switches of each electrical appliance are in the 0 position, and then turn on the power.
2. Check whether all mechanical parts and pneumatic systems are normal. If there are any abnormalities, they should be checked and eliminated in time. Check whether the transmission gear is correct, otherwise quality problems will occur and mechanical equipment accidents will be avoided.
3. Whether the cutting machine pressure gauge reaches 0.5-0.7mpa, let the motor run dry for 2-3 minutes every morning before going to work, and the transmission gear is set to 0, otherwise cutting will not be possible.
4. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves when turning on the machine. Long-sleeved clothes must be worn with hand sleeves, and long hair must be worn with a hat. The operator is not allowed to leave the machine tool while driving, and is not allowed to do other unrelated things. Pay attention to whether the welding joint is normal.
5. Do not wipe the rotating parts when turning on the machine. Adjust the mold correctly and do not press it hard. Just make sure it is in place.
6. If any abnormal phenomena are found during operation, such as smoke, burnt smell, fuse suddenly blown, or indicator light suddenly extinguished, turn off the power switch in time to check clearly, and then turn on the machine after troubleshooting.
