It straightens and cross-cuts the coils to the required dimensions for the customer, offering high precision. The Hydraulic Uncoiler features a double-support, double-cone top-pressure mechanism to securely clamp the steel coil. The movement of the machine base at both ends is driven by a hydraulic cylinder, providing simultaneous drive and centering functions. The main shafts at both ends of the decoiler are equipped with a pneumatic disc brake system for enhanced safety and precision during operation.
The Feeding & Pre-Leveling Machine utilizes a two-roller clamping and feeding system combined with a five-roller leveling mechanism. The motor drives the upper and lower rollers via a reducer and distribution box, connected through a universal connecting shaft. The hydraulic cylinder is responsible for adjusting and pressing down the upper roller for feeding, while electric power controls the upper roller for leveling adjustments.
